Most clubs pay on the same premise/plan but the transfer total is taken from the year they were bought.

Look at any transfer site and they always list it the same way

I wasn't assuming I was right, I was in disbelief that theyd spent that much, thats why I asked where you got the numbers from?

And as nick pointed out, Ibra was 8m over 3 years, so I was right to be shocked by that number since it wasn't exactly correct?
