Please PLEASE be true. It has to be. I really don't see Wenger making any kind of investment like that without being able to keep him, it just wouldn't make any sense

Not necessarily and anyway we would be prepared to pay more because Cissokho is younger, Ashley is all bout re- sale value. If Debuchy was 25 we would have paid Lille 2 months ago

They want 11m euros but it's quite obvious that to sell him they will have to sell for much less as Napoli, Valencia and ourselfs would not pay that.

We have been after Cissokho for 2 years, we almost signed last summer and in January so no not really...

The issue has always been a difference apart in valuation and quite frankly i think that still might be a problem.
