We noted before that WWE officials were talking about having The Undertaker just work the Royal Rumble main event as a surprise entrant if he didn't want to come back for a full WrestleMania storyline and match.

The idea would be that Taker doesn't have to have a huge match at WrestleMania and they can still use him at the Rumble to create some buzz.

People close to Ric Flair are saying that he will be returning to WWE at the October 29th RAW from Charlotte, North Carolina. The belief is that he will be getting involved in the storyline with AJ Lee, Vickie Guerrero and John Cena.

We've noted before that there have been rumblings of Flair returning but the lawsuit from TNA was preventing that. Flair has canceled at least one upcoming independent wrestling appearance that was booked in North Carolina.

Local advertisements for the 2012 WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view tease that the main event will be John Cena vs. CM Punk for the WWE Title.

Advertisements also indicate that Ryback and Big Show may be team captains for traditional Survivor Series team elimination matches.

i have rediscovered my interest in wrestling this passed year, havnt missed a show in the last 4 or 5 months. It's not that WWE has been great or anything, it's just that im at work when most football matches are played so wrestling is the only thing ive got left.

as for WM, lesnar still has one match on his current contract and he is booked for triple h. Rock will make an appearance at the royal rumble to face the wwe champ and possibly carry a fued to WM. I'm not sure who's it gonna be though, Cena could be given the title at SS and earn a rematch with the rock from last year's WM where he lost, but on the other hand a punk - rock match would be a great way for the rock to pass the torch to punk who doesnt have any 'historic" wins on him.

As for hell in a cell, cena's injury really complicated the scenario and could effect the booking for WM. The WWE doesnt want to end Punk's reign just yet (they didnt turn him heel for just 2 pay per views) but then again they were building Ryback as a monster so he cant possibly lose to punk, not in a clean match at least. If Ryback won he'll have to fued with the rock and that wont draw as much money as a punk rock fued. One other scenario is to have Lesnar interfere to cost Ryback the match and then they'd fued all the way to WM but im not sure Triple H would be excited about that.

I thought about the idea of having Lesnar interfere with the Punk Ryback match and then it ends up being Ryback vs Lesnar at Wrestlemania. It wouldn't be in the best interest to have Ryback win the title this Sunday

His recent divorce and rumoured affair with Kelly Kelly has put alot of strain on his role in the company, alot of people do not like the fact that Kelly was supposedly forced out because of Cena.

Apparently alot of background work has been done to try and keep Cena's squeaky clean reputation in place for the face of the company.

WWE would be fine without Cena, as they were when Hogan, Rock, Austin and co all left.

Instead, they'll try to bury it and pretend it never happened and everyone'll hate Cena even more

Ryback, who has primarily competed on Raw in recent weeks, is now listed as a member of the Raw roster on the official WWE website.

It is his second official stint with the brand, with the first taking place in 2010 when he was a member of The Nexus.

CM Punk vs Ryback is probably the only big match.

Watching that to see if Heyman turns on Punk or something and aligns with Ryback.

I think Ryback needs a mouthpiece more than Punk.

There's also Sheamus vs Big Show.
