What are you're thoughts on this group?Do you think Ireland or Croatia can cause an upset and qualify?

I think Ireland could do that , because of their realistic approach to the game .

I think Croatia will flop. They have good players , but i doubt they can even take the 3 points from Ireland ,let alone Spain or Italy.

In fact , i can see them getting home with no points at all , if Ireland are on form.

We're going to be very difficult to beat.We're unbeaten in 14 games.

If we can get a win against Croatia I think we'll definitely go through.We've played Italy 3 times in the last 3 years.We've beaten them once and drawn twice.

Everybody knows we're going to play very defensively,and then hope to snatch a goal from a counter or a set play.

Trappatoni scares the hell out of me, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Ireland sneak through the group. The first round of matches will be crucial to establishing the belief of each team. Losses in either of the first round matches will be very difficult to recover from.

Hopefully Spain get through. Ireland/Croatia could finish ahead of Italy.

Completely agree with this.If we lose to Croatia on Sunday then it's over for us.If we win,I'll be very confident of us going through.

We won't get a win against Croatia,but I'm confident we can get a draw. In fact I could see us drawing all 3 games Laughing
