Career Mode is terrible once all the big dogs retire. I kept playing to get to the 15th season and I was so disappointed

Heres all it is, when you end your fifteenth season it says retire instead of end season like it normally does on any season you complete and then the board sends you a short message and thats it

Does FIFA not use PES's method and rejuvinate(sp?) retired players? i.e. Xavi comes back as a 17 year old.

^They used to do that in FIFA 11, I think. Not in FIFA 12 though.

FIFA should have players under 16, that way there would be more talent.

Do you guys not use the scouting system? That's how you find young talents that can be top players in the later stages of a manager mode career.

I use it on some career mode saves, however I find using made up players kinda unrealistic. Maybe they could just have real u16's, 15's etc just in career mode.

They cannot accurately predict players that young, in terms of growth and current ability (due to how little they can be seen play). It's much simpler and easier for programmers to use computer generated players. More realistic than making re-gens as well, if you ask me.

The scouted players take 10+ years to get good. Not worth the wait. Especially once you leave the club all scouted players just disappear. No-one is going to play the same team for 10+ years (unless you start in div 4) just to watch their generic scouted players get to a decent rating

Played Spurs in Europa League (came 4th with PSG :facepalm:

) and I got demolished 4-0. The Sandro, Oscar and Ganso midfield trio is simply :bow:

and they aren't even over 80 rating. With Modric and Van der Vaart, midfield is simply :bow:

Add in Leonardo Denalio, Fabio and Maxwell, Spurs should win the Premier League title... I think I might even consider a bid to coach them...

Simmed the last few months of the Sevilla season, won La Liga. Got to the Copa del Rey final and lost to Lazio in the last 32 of the Europa league.

Looking to accept one of the following offers for the 4th season. Marseille, Inter, Man City and Arsenal.

That Spurs team is amazing, there's always that one team which ends up too good. In my game its Valencia, the team is immense.

They are best team in the game, top of La Liga and top of their CL group which includes Man United and PSG. They destroyed Barca 4-1, they are glorious. I lost 2-1 to them when they scored a later winner cause San Jose was down injured so Botia was left 2 on 1. >:-(

Playing in Europe is fun, I'm 2nd in my group which includes Spurs, Genk and Dortmund and 5th in La Liga, but by god my players fitness levels are terrible. Even with my rotation every game players are still tired, how I have avoided any major injuries is beyond me.

EDIT:Van der Vaart can play holding mid, he's played there for Hamburg.

This Lazio team I lost 8-4 or something to in the Europa league on aggregate were really annoying. They played a 4-3-1-2 and had Nocerino, Illicevic, Hernanes, Candreva, Matri and Zarate in midfield and attack.

Hopefully I face them with Man City in the Europa league this season, since I was Sevilla when I faced Lazio last season.

It was amazing how all these players could play so well. They played so narrow not wide... It was confusing though it worked as they shut me down well in the middle and had the fullbacks constantly attacking me out wide when they had the ball. Bale wasn't LB, he was more LWB if not a winger and Fabio the same... It was well done. Im considering a bid for them...

Signed a contract from PSG to Tottenham.
I have only 25.6m to spend on players. tbh, the only targets I want are a new keeper and a centre back. Any ideas who. There are alot of good young players out there. Any ideas? Im still wanting a midfield of Sandro, Van der Vaart, Modric, Ganso and Oscar. I want to develop good young players, players I don't know much instead of investing in Barca B. Any ideas?
