Hopefully. This season is basically his last chance to prove his worth. If he still struggles by the end of the season then you can be assured Roman will bring in someone else.

indeed. I believe he will do well though.

last season he got a decent run of games and scored a few times, then lost his place and struggled. with Drogba out of the picture he is undoubtedly the first choice so he will have consistent game time.

Just read on twitter that Hulk's agent is in London today.

I feel bad for not being as excited as I should be because he's pretty much world class, I just feel we could strengthen more areas instead of the money being thrown around.

That being said I'll welcome him in massively open arms, he will make us offensively so much better guess we should worry about the other side of things when the season comes around.

I don't care whether buying him or not is the right thing, our attacking midfield won't need new players for a long time with his addition. Add CB, GK and LB to that and we have very few areas which will need future strengthening.

I only just started playing head to head so am trying to move up divisions but I mainly use Brazil with Hulk RW or ST.

I know Ramires wants Hulk there, Good to hear Drog's said something similar!

He won't have trouble fitting in, DL4, Ramires, Hilario, Paulo and Meireles all speak Portuguese.

Also, I know Paulo has been a big help to any Portuguese speaking players who have joined recently.

I was thinking about this but I dont think we will have many problems defensively if we are all the time attacking. They will be forced to draw their players back to defend and we will only be vulnerable to counter attacks mainly, but with the pace of Ramires+ Cole + DL4 i think we can cope..
