This is getting locked if posters can't conduct themselves with more restraint.
You are all clearly unwilling to budge from your positions and this ceased to be a constructive conversation long ago. Recognise this, step away from the keyboard and calm down. This isn't directed at one poster but all.

Re: Hoeness launches attack on the plastic clubs
Wow. Class-Cheap Rants. We have no loans. The loans belong to Bayern AG sepate from the Bayern Munchen. We still post profits & pay 25 Millions every year to Bayern AG. And that was for stadium.
Idro already posted a link saying Madrid made 290 Million odd Million pounds debt.
Nothing much to add. That is what Madrid & City fans are. Bandwagoners with little identity. And you if you dare criticize them they will come with classless cheap dirty abuses. Wow. Guess everyone has to suck to Madrid or be ready to be abused.
And you cant state your views rationally in a dignied manner. You have to suck to Madrid. That is Rule No.1 of this Forum. Suck up to Madrid or get abused.

We pay 25 Million to FC Bayern AG every year to pay the stadium. Bayern AG are a separate entity to Bayern so technically we have no DEBT. Not even Stadium Debt.

Re: Hoeness launches attack on the plastic clubs
Kingofeverythingclassy Real-Madrid fans are to be avoided at all cost, when having a dialogue because they lack reasoning.
As for City fan here, they are few. But I can understand animal.crackers defending City, it was hard for me sometimes ago having to defend Bayern by myself from Real Madrid fans, thinking Madrid are a better team than Bayern and 2nd best in the world.
Chelsea fans are cool, but I can understand sometimes the truth is hard to take

@ Dostoevky - I am stepping away. Buy you should take a look at the posts. I have not called out any poster & not said anything bad about anyone. My first 10-12 posts were very mellowed despite being abused by Madrid fans.
And they are continuing the same. I dont get it why they do it. I hope you check it,you are an admin.

Re: Hoeness launches attack on the plastic clubs
Well, RWO has always been struggling - and right now we are in the 4th league anyway XDLe Samourai wrote:Rwo if you worked your way to a 13 billion dollar fortune and you saw a stuggling Rwo in the 5th division in Germany, what would you do? would you try to push them to success through financial support or would you just leave them there and let them struggle?
But frankly, I wouldn't simply put my money into it for the following reasons:
1. In Germany we have the 50+1 rule, so it would be tricky anyway
2. The normal fans wouldn't like the idea at all and one would get more flak for that than it would do good - moreover it would ruin the image of the club, too.
3. It is not sustainable just to pump lots of money into a club - a club needs to be able to stand on its own feet
4. I would probably consider some sponsorship deal, as money given for free is always suspect, and with a sponsorship deal no one would feel indebted or ripped of.

They just got lucky that some Billionaire Arab decided to play real life Football Manager...on cheat mode.
With Chelsea it's kinda different, atleast they were playing CL football and competing for a top 4 place before Abramovic came.
Does that make you bitter? Does that make your blood boil?
I loved it when so many hypocritical United fans were loving it when they heard the Qatar rumours.
And City had a lot of things going for it. It's not like the owners decided to invest money into some random club.
Nice stadium, very solid fanbase, free marketing potential, etc.
Football manager with cheat mode? *bleep* off. City are spending in 5 years the inflated equivalent of what clubs spend in 20 years to catch back up to WHERE WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN ALL ALONG (until our owner in the 70's fukced us sideways).
So because Chelsea were top 4 it's okay for them to be backed by billions? Sound logic.
Let's be real, pal. The Sheiks only bought City because they saw 'Manchester' in your name and thought to themselves "hey, we can try and make our own Manchester United here" I doubt they even knew of your club before they enquired about it.
Before they came, your stadium was given to you by the council and you didn't sell out your home games (you still can't even with your current success) and you were languishing 11th and 12th place.
Cheat mode on, and voila, you've won an FA Cup and the championship in 3 years.
Just stating facts.

The spanish football clubs
Spain has huge debts, unemployment is rising, but the clubs don't pay their taxes
In total the Primera Division has taxes debts of 750Mil. € ....in the end the spanish population will suffer from this.

Yea and in the end if Spain has no more money, we and the EU have to pay with OUR taxes for you.
It's also a shame that top footballers like Ronaldo have to pay 24% taxes while the hard working people in Spain earn a lot less money. Very f*cked up the system there.

We are seeing Germans push down their moral superiority down our throats almost on a daily basis now, this is getting dangerous and frustrating. Deutschland is not über alles.
As long as there is no automatic equalizing rules like in American sports such as drafting and salary caps then investors are a great thing and will be a thorn in the side of the oligopoly.

Also 24% is a lot when you earn millions a year.

lol they're not a "thorn" for the oligopoly, they JOIN the oligopoly
the rest is still just as *bleep* as it was before, only now it has to deal with one more team that throws money at their players

I thought you live in Spain ..

And if you think 24% is high, i guess you have never heard about taxes in other countries or read anything about economie.
Hollande from France wants to rise the tax for rich people to 75% for example, and you think 24 is much. xD

There are structural problems with football in Europe today which I think most of us would like to see eradicated. However Bayern have never proposed to end these problems but merely hamper the competition.
When oligopolies become larger their characteristics are watered down and everyone has to work harder.
