He was sanctioned for throwing a bottle at the ref, 3 months is the minimum punishment for assaulting the referee. He wont be able to play again until next november next season.

Granada players lost their minds when they lost against a semi drunk real madrid, competing for relegation they needed the point, but now they are in an even worst situation as they lost their best player (Benitez), and two other key players Siqueira and Moses for 4 games. They still have to win the next game to stay up.

I thought it was gonna be 6 months. Oh well, he deserved every bit of that ban to be honest. Granada had no one but themselves to blame for that loss. They had Real Madrid on the ropes and this Madridista (foreign and all) kinda wanted them to win as well...

Rayo have been so up and down this season. That game can literally go either way imo.

Apparently the Granada players were angry at Clos(the referee) because he is a passionate Zaragoza fan(battling for survival, with a loss Granada would've been in that mix)) so they thought he did everything to make them lose and were pissed off that he was actually allowed to officiate our game...... hmmm i kinda agree with them now(bar the throwing bottle of course) lol
