Its an international event and should have international rules. If Qatar dont want alcohol in stadiums, they should never have applied for the world cup in the first place.

I think if Qatar start to row back with what they consider to permit (contrary to what they offered the FIFA, mind you), etc, I'd vote for the World Cup to be moved to England in 2022. They would deserve another option to host it and I bet they wouldn't have problem with selling beer, partying, having homosexuals (and heteros, too, of course) kissing in public, women wearing whatever they want etc.

Qatar will adopt the Dubai model. I can guarantee this 100%. As in drinking is permitted in certain areas.
