So when you dont play possession football you aren't playing football? I wonder what 95% of the teams in the world have been doing all these years.

Mt stop it.
Firstly you're disrespecting 90 % of the teams in the world.
Secondly, this season we struggled against Levant and Sociedad both of whom parked the bus.

Yeh struggle was probably the wrong word to choose.
I just think against possession sides games seem more 50-50.

The seem more 50-50 because the opposition attacks more frequently lol.Look at any Sevilla game over the past 3 years...we lost a couple of them but there are moments during those games where we attack at our undisputed best.So we don't stuggle.....the difficulty caused by compact immovable defenses against teams that actually try to attack us is usually replaced by a couple gifts in attack as in more space and less defensve organization.
Sometimes it shifts the focus from our best aspects ...our forwads....t our worst aspects....our wingbacks defensive ability......and in that situation yes we sometimes stuggle...but we also get an amazing amount of space to exploit.
A couple better plays today ( which we were more than capable of TBH, there was some piss poor link up) and it couldve been 8-3.Our attack let us down.

Knee jerk? Betis were just really good bro. They shut down the wings for us and thats where our play starts usually

Yup. Mentality is poor.
Plus our midfield is probably the slowest out of all the biggest teams in europe.

It's better to bump threads from a few months ago imo, especially if it's the same problem.

You're retarded and the answer is still no.
Did it look like we struggled the 1st half?

Re: Do we struggle against teams that actually play football?
both teams were shit end of, deserved to be a draw, they got lucky at the death cus of a Coentrao brain fart
and yes the answer is still no, we are in a bad patch teams that play football or no and we have been this way for a while.

Not so sure about your predicted result under other circumstances, but other than that, I agree. And yeah, I wasn't impressed by either of the teams. Madrid looked like they went out there for the draw, and Bayern just took advantage of that by applying pressure on our defenders, who really didn't stand up to the challenge. Arbeloa's has been in worrying poor form for months now, and Ramos looked shaky on several occasions. The fact that they scored shortly before fulltime was unfortunate for Madrid, but it didn't really come as a surprise to me that our defence would break apart sooner or later.
