Götze, Reus and Kroos, though Kroos is lacking in agility a bit.
Özil as well, though his finishing isn't exactly perfect.

Götze is the closest to being complete in that regard, I reckon.

Most players that mentioned has no messi's agility, and thats one of the most important thing. and dribbling too
