Giovinco would need Juve promises

Sebastian Giovinco will only consider a return to Juventus should he receive certain guarantees from the club.

That is according to his agent, Andrea D’Amico, who was today questioned by Tuttosport about the Parma player’s future.

Currently part owned by both outfits, the transfer rumour mill is suggesting that the Turin-native will return to his hometown team at the end of the season.

“The project will be fundamental when it comes to considering his next club,” D’Amico commented. “Sebastian will need to receive certain technical guarantees from a Coach and a club.

“We are not talking about the boy’s status, but his sporting future. It all depends on the Coach who wants him more…”

Should Juventus be unable to offer Giovinco what he is looking for, then the representative doesn’t think it will be hard to find his client a different solution.

“Parma President Tommaso Ghirardi has some important things about Juventus, but if I was Roman Abramovich then I would take him to Chelsea.

“Giovinco would become the new Gianfranco Zola over there.”

by right...the number 10 shirt should be retired after Del Piero!

I dont think he will be a step up from the players we already have tbh! We need someone like Suarez/Lavezzi and Higuain/Damiao! Sell Gio's half to highest bidder :shisha:

Lavezzi would be dream transfer but Jovetic would be solid one and maybe but only maybe he would somehow replace ADP.

What i that is done always I mean imagine if we retired the 10th before ADP we would never get him every1 should get a chance of the 10 who are good enough BUT there should be another 'golden' 10 shirt with golden 10 number and kept away only taht is for adp

I have never read anywhere about Giovinco saying he is the next DP or wants to be. U guys should stop this nonsense, the guy is class and if u cannot realize that I recommend u get your head checked. Luckily for you guys, you don't have to look too far, I know some very good psychiatrists who can do a great job :shisha:

For the first time I'm disagree with you!
This guy is pure trouble.just imagine if conte benches him for two games, he will destroy all team's spirit with his interviews.on technical view he's good (still not world class,may shine only at smaller clubs) but still too immature for a big club like juve

If this is what Giovinco actually believes, than Juve is better off without him. Like I've said many times, he has the talent to be a provincial star, but I just don't see him fitting in at Juve under Conte.

Also, if Chelsea want to buy him, I say that we sell our share to them. I think these rumors of major clubs wanting him are all fake. To compare him to Zola is ridiculous.

As to Giovinco being ADP's heir, give me a break. Del P is one of the greatest Juve and Italian players ever. Giovinco doesn't really play the same role as ADP. If you watch Gio play, he is more of a CAM than a SS.
