true -i would still welcome them but if you had to only sign 3-4 players to strengthen squad they should not be priorities

M vila was quoted saying that if Wenger made an offer he would not / would be hard to refuse. Plus no offence to inter, but do they have the same type of attraction as they did few years back?
What i mean to say is, if we are competing with Inter for his signature, would we be financially out-muscled? probably not.

Yeah same here. If M'vila comes that means permanent bench role for Coq or loan to another team, quite counter productive if we count this season he spent at Arsenal. That also means the Dench is out of this team for good. Vertoghen is ok I guess but that would mean we're overstocked in the middle of the back while there are one injury prone and half fit Brazilian left backs for a season long. Lack of fullbacks was a reason we had that lousy run of games when TV5 and Kozz had to step in.

Hazard is only addition that I think could improve the team attack, but with his price tag, his acquisition could mean the end of summer transfer window.

If we are seriously going after M'Vila, than I'm curious as to what Wenger has planned. There would be no way that M'Vila would be a depth player, and it's inconceivable to me to have Song and M'Vila competing for the same role in the team.

So I can only imagine that, if he wants M'Vila, that Song will take Arteta's role in the side and then Arteta/Wilshere will take Rosicky's role in the side. But then, Arteta has been superb in that deeper role while Rosicky doesn't really deserve to lose his place. I understand the need for depth for rotation and injuries and whatnot but it just seems a bit unnecessary.

I feel that one of Wilshere or Arteta needs to be playing all the time, and Rosicky should also play often to provide more spark to the midfield. I don't think Song has the discipline to perform Arteta's/Wilshere's role, as he's far too eager to play the killer passes. And there'd be no point in splashing x amount on M'Vila to perform that role.

So I'm really not sure on the necessity of signing M'Vila. I don't really care how talented he is, there has to be a balance of player type and playing time and his signing, I fear, would disrupt that too much.

I fully trust wenger, you know he wouldnt buy extra players for one position which means if he does buy m'vila he has plans for one our our deeper players or maybe he plans on pushing m'vila up who knows!

It would be much better if we would go after Belhanda (or another talented attacking playmaker) than M'Vila. With the M'Vila arriving I wonder what will happen with Coquelin/Frimpong. One or both could go and I wouldn't want them gone, especially Coquelin. There's Ramsey, Wilshere, Arteta, Song, Diaby aswell.

I really think these reports about M'Vila aren't true at all, I doubt Wenger would give up that easily about Coquelin and Frimpong.

I highly doubt Barca will go for RVP it just makes no sense..... he operates in the same area that Messi does and makes similar movements.....

Now Llorente that would make sense to them, he has proved in Bilbao he can play as a focal point in a pressing/passing game and not slow down the play at all.

And he would give them a plan b and something completely different, but i cant see Barca going for RVP so you can sleep easy at night
