Both Messi and Xavi never miss games while Iniesta misses quite a lot of games every season.So that is why it seems that way.
Were Xavi or Messi to miss as many games as Iniesta,their absence would be felt much more.

Iniesta is a good dribbler and creator, and his injury is a worse blow to barca than if xavi got injured.
