Matri calls Nainggolan to Juve
Alessandro Matri celebrates “a year full of emotions at Juventus” and urges Radja Nainggolan to join him in Turin.
The striker arrived last January from Cagliari and has proved to be a crucial reinforcement for the Serie A leaders, netting a brace in last night’s 2-1 win over Udinese.
“Lately the goals were struggling to arrive, but fortunately I broke that drought,” said Matri.
“It was a year full of emotions at Juventus. Last season could’ve gone better, but things have improved so much and we hope to end the campaign on the best possible note. We are a great group and in really good shape.”
Matri could be followed to Juve by his old Cagliari teammate Nainggolan.
“It all depends on President Massimo Cellino and what the player wants. I hope he can come here, as Nainggolan is a great player.”

Funny...There were alot of people who were saying the same about Giaccherini
Give the man a damn chance...
Spending alot of money on so called World class or proven players doesn't always work

Sure, Giacc was a pleasant surprise. and if we can get Naing for the same price - then ill line up to buy a shirt.
Fact of the matter is - theres a popsicles chance of us signing him at that price, and that too, we'll lose promising youth. Rubbish deal.
As for spending a lof of money on WC players - I cant recall a single WC player that we bought in the last 10 years thats flopped with us and excelled elsewhere.

Reason we've had no WC players fail over the last decade is because of 2 things...
1. Moggi knew who to buy (Zlatan,Thuram,Canavarro, etc)
2. After Moggi...we haven't really bought any WC players (unless u call Amuari & Diego WC)

Diego and Amauri are not and were not WC.
Because of/After Moggi - we got relegated. You cant buy WC players when you are recovering from it. No doubt the man had an eye for talent, but he also had an eye for other things that arent quite by the rulebook.
In either case - It doesnt matter who bought them (Moggi or Marrotta) - the fact is, theyve never failed.
WC players dont fail at Juventus.

That is completely idiotic. Why on earth should we give a chance to a player who we have to risk spending on, 15m an expensive investment, and go through so many god damn loans for someone who has done nothing to even show himself to be a top player.
Giacch? Giac was 3m + 3m with buyout, then again... Giovinco is still better. Giaccherini still sucks, Marrone's two assits have been better than his goals and his performance in all. Marrones' few impacts have been far superior in comparison to Giach

LOL
Anyhow... Nobody (or at least I didnt) expect the Matri deal to be worth as much as it was, and look at him now....
Maybe, just MAYBE... there is a reason Marotta has this job... MAYBE, he has an eye for talent...?!?!
I personally havent seen Nainggolan yet so I will hold my opinion.

Its not because of Juventus if you ask me, its because they are in fact World Class. As it stands, we still have nothing to offer WC players that will tempt them to come here over another top team. We need credentials and European football first.

Re: Matri calls Nainggolan to Juve
Too much Nianggolan hype tbh. 15 million is well too much for him. Like others have said if he was cheaper I'd be up for it but if we're going to spend 15 million on someone I'd rather it be used on someone who is already a star in a top-ish club or save it and splash it on a real star.
We do need midfield depth but yeah, way too much for him.
