They are so used to getting completely owned if the game is even, that means they dominated.
Its not just their fans, I seen "neutrals" say the same.

Its remarkable how he never gets closed down successfully.Head constantly on a swivel so he manages to escape even when someone is coming to dispossess him from behind.
Two Clasico's,2 more terrific performances,I am going to revive the old thread again.

I thought Iniesta going off was a crucial factor because Pedro isn't the sort who would influence a game, and ofcoarse iniesta is world's best.

Actually pedro coming on caused big problem to madrid, tactically.
Not a coincidence after pedro came on Barca scored twice and dominated untill halftime, one by pedro himself.
The key to the game was Granero,Benz, callejon coming on.

Indeed Alex, as I wrote a couple pages back he was excellent.
And RG, losing Iniesta didnt help but having Pedro did.
I think we didnt stretch the play enough, Pedro gave us that. I think/hope, once Sanchez and Iniesta are back, in the CL, we play 433 without Cesc and with Sanchez and Pedro flanking Messi.
Sanchez on the left though, I think he is better there for us.

He got us through that.
The man needs to be applauded.
I had to leave at HT, I was feeling ill!!
Kidding! I stayed the whole match, and although we didn't win (second tie in my personal record), I feel that I delivered quite a bit of luck, cause we were a bit lucky not losing the match!

I read that Madridistas and Barça haters are arguing that the referee favoured us, and even claiming like three penalties!?
What exactly do they claim? How lass should have been sent off? Or Pepe's penalty on Alexis?
Btw, another match in which Pedro an Alexis play, another game in which Pedro clearly outplays the chilean. And pedro is supposed to be "off-form".
I'd take an off-form Pedro to an on form Sanchez anyday.

Not really, they didn't have any other opportunity since the 2-2, and my nerves stayed relatively calmed. (120 b/s )

I agree. We didn't play well, but people is acting as if Madrid destroyed us. The game was even, with Madrid having 1-2 more chances than us.

For once I want to see Casillas punished and severely at that. He has openly admitted to doing what any league, Uefa or Fifa has openly said they won't tolerate at all.

What a horrid thought alfred but can't really disagree. These clashes are very intense and unfortunately intensity has become synonymous with violence.

I agree rg and am so glad someone said that. Pedro scored a crucial goal for us. So I don't want to take away anything from him. However without Iniesta we lost our ball carrier and the dynamism in our midfield. A midfield of Xavi, Busquets and Fabregas is too static. Due to less movement on the ball the link with the forwards is less than before. There is too much burden on Messi and how many times is he going to successfully handle that burden especially when the opposition is interested in putting so many people to mark him. These problems are not noticeable against mediocre opposition but I think they become quite crucial when playing top class opposition.

I very much agree dani but it's unfortunately unlikely.

I very much feel you. I was so distressed that the thought in mind was if we lose today then I will see it as the day the fall of Pep's Barcelona first began.

1. The Copa is not very important but every Classico is a prestige issue and a major one at that. Hence I agree with those who say no Pinto in Classicos. I can accept him playing all the other Copa matches and a few Liga matches as well.
2. I thought the introduction of Mascherano was very important. It's only after he entered the pitch that my nerves began to calm down a bit.
3. This is becoming a worrying trend. We are at our most vulnerable when we are winning comfortably. What we try to do then is slacken the pace and intensity of the game. When the opposition is as good and as determined as Real Madrid they use this opportunity to hit us fast and hard and catch us unaware. It's worth asking why we have this habit of slackening down when our best bet probably is to keep up the intensity and keep hunting for more goals. Some would suggest complacency but I don't really think so. I am inclined to think it's more of fatigue and I wil elaborate more on this in the next point.
4. Not many would agree with me but I think we have quite a few aging players in the first team who at times find it hard to play so regularly without getting any rest. Abidal, Puyol, D.Alves, Xavi. That's why when the intensity of the game becomes too much they are found lacking a little bit in pace and stamina. They do make up for it to some extent because they have so much heart but I fear one day this could go against us if we don't consider the problem carefully. The need of the summer is quality youthful reinforcements especially in defense.
