I guess the £10m is to speak to him… so if it’s £10m to be able to speak to him, how much do you actually think it will be to buy him, £30m, £40m etc etc…. well if Carroll was £35m & Torres was £50m & he’s scored more goals than both of them put together, then maybe he’s worth £120m considering Hulk is worth £100 million....lol

Yeah, I dont see him leaving for anything less than £40million and I don't see him going to smaller club like Liverpool. At the moment all other big clubs have good strikers so we have nothing to worry about.

But in all honestly, Juventus' midfield is quite amazing. and they do have one of the best defensive records in the world right now, conceding few goals and are infact still unbeaten. just the attack lets them down. therefor Juventus>newcastle.

I have utmost faith in the team, but we wont see this starting eleven for close to a month.......

By then we could be out of the reckoning for the position your talking about i think we can get 6th place but any more is pushing it IMO.

Next season, if we sign a quality fullback and strengthen up the depth then i might entertain talk of challenging for 4th but atm we are not strong enough in my view.

I agree with that, because most of our players are away in Africa cup of Nation. However if the like of best and Guthrie are able to hold their ground I'm certain we'll still be ahead of Liverpool until Africa Cup of Nation is over.

It's not a bad thing playing in Europa cup, it's a prestigious competition as well, lets take it step by step. Maybe next season if the wings position are fix, then we can gun for 4th or maybe even 3rd, you never know.


One more thing: I'm watching all Newcastle match for the remainder of the season just to show my devotion as a Newcastle fan, so you dont have to kick a loyal fan out regardless of my arrogance.

Didn't Juventus put Amouri up for sale in E bay, don't forget we also have Pappis. Amouri might need some Pappis Syrup as well.
