I doubt it, Arsenal would play a three man midfield with one DM, one CM, and one AM.

I stand to be corrected but this would be their choice line up in order of preference if Sahin joins with everyone fit.

Sahin would not be first choice in his preferred midfield position or any other midfield position, barring an injury crisis, he'd be limited to sub appearances and starting less important matches, unless a buy clause is inserted, something Madrid is not willing to do.

I find it funny people are criticizing Mourinho, Sahin has not played any where near his Dortmund form. His case is much like Benzema, excellent for Lyon but had a very terrible start to his Madrid career.

Mourinho recognizes that Sahin has great potential to be a starting CM for Madrid but unfortunately he can't be afforded a lot of playing time in Madrid to recover his form.

Benzema got lucky as Higuain who was the bona fide first choice CF got injured, which afforded Benzema the chance to get more playing time, plus he changed his mentality and worked harder in training lost weight etc...

And where would Wilshere play when he eventually returns. I also doubt if Wenger would play without a true DM, I can see him buying M'vila or some other DM before the transfer window close. I hope you're right but I have my doubts.

Wilshere will be back by October. Then it will take time for him ease into the proper Football

However i think Wenger will bench Arteta and play Wilshere-Sahin together.

Arteta was a short term option to replace Fabregas imo.

RG surely if it's a loan with no clause and he will go back to Madrid next summer and Wilshere just slots back into place.

In a way because Fabregas is Arteta,Wilshere n a bit of Cazorla into one. When we sold Cesc and Jack got injured, We had to get someone who could control the game. However we were still lacking other elements. Hence Cazorla n Sahin now

Arteta is Arsenal's Vice captain whose on a long term contract and actually plays very good football, I can safely bet he'd start most matches. Wenger wouldn't play Cazorla on the wings, unless Walcott gets transferred.
