Because it was a bargain and they could? If you have a rotation/backup player do you prefer him to be a scrub or a WC player? Also Madrid has effectively replaced Alonso before time, it was just good business all around.

Mourinho has said a couple of times Sahin is behind the team in fitness, he will come in handy later on in the season, last time they badly needed rotation.

depending on how well he does in preseason he can very well usurp xabis role. mou is about results and if nuri can supply more he will play, regardless of how established xabi is.

i fear sahin is not at that level yet, i just hope he is given more time/rotation. try sahin--xabi or a 4-3-3 with both of them in la liga

There's casillas, then ramos, then Xabi, then the rest of the players come next. Sahin can compete with Khedira but no one can compete with CRX (Casillas, Ramos, Xabi) unless one of them is injured even if Messi joined Madrid, he will be benched if he were to play in the position of CRX (casillas, Ramos, Xabi). Mourinho has to accept this or he can gtfo and he accepts.

They can't play together without a DM. It would mean sacrificing Kroos which just ain't happening.

He would get 10 times the playing time at Bayern than at Madrid, at least. But it's still not the smartest choice.

Should head off to Newcastle to complete their midfield.

That's too much for a player who haven't been playing matches.

Anyways, that's the maximum you guys will get. 10-15m and it's reasonable, knowing Madrid too well and considering the amount you guys bought him for in the place.

The Problem Is Madrid are destroying his talent, his value would have dropped by now since he wasn't playing any games.

He's not the-same Sahin he was last season, but if he come to Bayern we'll rejuvenate

Why would you want to have a player like Sahin and just keep benching him, sometimes he doesn't even make the bench.

Nuri is not going anywhere, he's living his dream, playing for the team he's always dreamt of as a kid. Like Benzema he'll adjust to Spanish life in his second or third season and become an undisputed starter for Madrid.
