How highly do you rate Ever Banega?

I rate him higher than Modric and Wilshere, probably better than any other playmaking CM in the Barclays PL

Inconsistent, but very classy.
Likes to play well against the big boys, less so against crap.
Modric is better for me, Wilshere...close..but I prefer Ever, just.

I like him a lot, he has everything to become a class act, but he is too inconsistent, and he needs to improve his decision making in games.

Too inconsistent. He is really great, this guy can get triple marked without losing the ball. I like him alot but really, he needs to stop being so inconsistent. When he feels like playing he is amazing...

He does have potential to be one of the best though. Not many can outclass Xavi and Iniesta against them, and he did.
Kizz I'm not sure it's attitude the problem but motivation. It's much easier to be motivated against the best, not so much against the worse.

Every talented Cm does have the chance of becoming one of the best, dosent matter what league he plays or what trophies they won, but in the end they never become one. I know I'm biased here, but tell me 5 CMs of any age with more raw talent than this guy.
You'd be hard pressed to find 2. Because of that his chances of being the best are higher than most.

One of my favorite players in La Liga. As mentioned, he's proven he can step up on the big occasion but he needs to show that form week in week out to reach a higher level.

the entire team has motivation problems against small opponents, you can't just pin that on banega
