he scored 14 goals last season,like ibra and he stayed most of the season injured.
this season he has 5 goals in 13 games while only starting a few times

Point is not about past stats..
Assessing his current situation , i mean this is not even a knee-jerk, he has been quite poor whole year.Its not just his injury concerns but his lack of confidence as well..He hasnt been the same ever since Ibrahimovic has arrived at Milan..The few games he played well was without Ibrahimovic..
There clearly is issues over his incompatibility with Ibrahimovic and Milan as an attacking unit play better with Robinho in the lineup so that leaves Pato out of the picture since Boateng is Allegri's first choice..At the current rate,i dont see his situation improving tbh..Either Ibra should leave/retire or.., fall even below the pecking order once Balo or Tevez arrives..So in that respect a move away from Milan makes sense..
If any team is paying over the odds to secure Pato it will only be due to his age and dare i say pretty risky buy as well cuz at such a young age he has spent more time on the treatment table than on the pitch..
Like i said in another thread he would do well in a team where will be the focal point..

To do that ,his linkup play ,his passing and overall chemistry with Ibra has to improve cuz Milan dont hoof the ball anymore like they used to do when Pirlo was around..And Ibra quite clearly is the main playmaker of Milan..so you often rely on one touch passing and movement and Pato is pretty poor at passing..
Though the chemistry and understanding between Robinho and Pato is excellent..somehow is not clicking with Ibra..

the problem is ibra is good on link up plays but pato is classic Brazilian striker who depends upon skills to get past defenders instead of build up play.. the problem is when pato and ibra plays together one of them flops.. like the one against napoli last season.. how ever i think they can link up if pato stays fit.. like they did today and against recent league games where ibra created loads of chances for him but was unfortunate not to score
