I'm a fan of Walter Sabatini's ability to find talent everywhere and anywhere. Additionally, Inter have one of the best deal makers in Branca. In a general sense I liked Valdano's class as well.

No one can close a deal like Marco Branca,not much of a visionary though.

Walter Sabatini has been the magic man in Rome this season, pulling off some great buys. Lamela, Jose Angel and Steklenburg are possibly his best buys of the season thus far.

I asked the two Madrid king pins( or 2 of them) Nick and Zeal as i have no clue

Nick's response: Mainly because most of the top execs position are occupied, no one replaced Valdano as Sporting director, his position disappeared, and his responsibilities were split between Mou, Zidane, Pardeza and Sanchez i think.

Also, some would say that he is in the Del Bosque boat, and does not fancy floflo much, plus working with Mou who didnt make a lot of friends in his first year, and probably upset a lot of purists.

Zeal's response: There were rumours that Hierro was approached by the club to take up a position but Malaga offered him a role he could be more active in. Also it's very important to keep in mind that Malaga is HierGOD's home town
