According to Xavi's book "Humble and respectful era" his mom has never allowed him to eat Burgers, instead his mother were always encouraging him to eat mushroom before going to training, once Xavi said in a interview: "My mom was shouting at me all the time, "don't forget mushrooms Xavier, you have to eat them for improving your DNA!"

One morning he came to training and saw his teammates eating burgers, Pep called him and said:

"Look Xavi, we've changed our tactics, we need to eat all remaining whoppers till the end of the day if we want to get 3 points from this match,

Xavi: "Sir i'm deceived by all of you, now i'm suffering. my mom doesn't allow me to eat Burgers.

Pep: "just eat them, forget the DNA. it's our new tactic."

I didn't actually read the original cover of MD until I heard the translation was incorrect, I just assumed it was.
