Re: Luciano Moggi found Guilty
"carlo didn't admit they cheated in his book so therefore it can't have been true"
why didn't moggi do this before his trial? apparently all he needed to do was come out with a book where he said juve didn't cheat and he'd clearly be innocent, regardless of anything as unimportant as actual incriminating evidence

I was hoping to see JNC's take on this as he has been Moggi's spiritual adviser through out his "ordeal".

Yeah, i figured if you and me was gonna start a war again, like in "the good old days", we could at least do it privately. You know, leave the other people out of it so they dont have to read all the bulls*it (like you vs "the fake fans" in the Juve section).
And that way your boyfriend dont get to join you in the "battle" at one point or the other.
By the way, i see you are driving people mad in the Juve section as usual. Congratulations. Seems like your goal is to create a Juventus section paradise made up of only you and your boyfriend (JuvenelCuore obviously)
Sciacca: "Im gay"
JuvenelCuore: "I agree"
Sciacca: "Im hetero"
JuvenelCuore: "i agree"
Anyway..
Obviously you didnt like the "war" away from the spotlights (PM) since you didnt answer me. Maybe you feel big and important here in the forums when everyone can see what you write. So a PM is pointless to you. Maybe because you feel important in this little world when you are so insignificant in real life?

Ask and you shall receive.
Did I really expect anything to happen ? Of course not. Was it funny that Berlusconi resigned a few days after this happened ? Call it a coincidence or not, I know the economy and what not had to do with it, I just find it odd he made sure it was dealt with.
Once again, the trial was flawed. Why ? Well, when you have the Prime Minister of Italia on your side, can you really lose ?
The jury was handpicked by Moratti, with some notable names off the top of my head being the President of Pirelli [the sponsor of Inter's kit] along with a senior partner of Telecom [a company that Moratti had a very large stake in], Federcalcio [FIGC Investigations] President: Borelli, a political associate of Berlusconi and discovered having meetings behind closed doors with Galliani throughout the trial.
So who was the Prime Minister ? Silvio Berlusconi. So what ? Well, he controls several TV stations, magazines, and newspapers, as well as controlling one of Italia’s biggest political parties [Forza Italia]. He used the fact that he controls the television broadcasting rights as blackmail. Ad revenues come from having televised games, and so, without them, every single team would suffer. He used this as leverage to keep Milano in the Champion's League, which, guess what ? They won the following year.
Apart the fact that Moratti illegally obtained wiretaps, and Telecom employees were actually convicted for wire-tape editing a few years after the trial, yet they were allowed and Moggi's wiretaps were disallowed from the courtroom. Why ? You can figure that out for yourself.
That is my take. I can expand, elaborate, whatever you wish. Just trying to multitask at the moment.

Gay references? What's wrong with Gays? You have a problem with them? I'm not one. Though from this context you might have some... though not an intellectual example to use... if you know what I mean... I thought you oldlady folks had more class. Bah, this just makes things look worst on your part. Shame on you.
Odd...
Did I agree with Fake italians? No.
Did I agree with him liking Pepe? No.
Big in Keyboard, Small in life? Very true indeed with Mister Giuseppe. Very big words, calling someone a pedo' and harresing them on the net, though if he said that one to one? Uff... I don't know if he would be able. Maybe you intellectuals need a beer to take a chill pill. Meet up in New Yock, and watch Jersey sho'. You here me brah'? I'm learning new slangs...

I knew you was going to turn it into me hating gays.. i should not have used those examples. But everyone cant be Captain Hindsight.
But im sure you knew that my point had nothing to do with gays. My point was simply to point out how you and JuvenelCuore (Batman&Robin would have been a more appropriate example) keep destroying the Juve section to the point that people decided to create a whole new forum.
One would think that the creation of a new forum, by people who could not stand it anymore, would tell you something about the way you act towards others.
But no..
So yes, we who created a new forum, WE are the ones with no class. Not the the 2 people who made approximately 25 intelligent people want to leave the forum. x 1000
Sometimes i wonder if its real people im talking with or trollbots. Are there such thing as trollbots 2011?

Prosecutors: "Calls From Inter? Have No Criminal Relevance"
Here is what Giandomenico Lepore, chielf prosecutor, and his collaborators said about the calls from Inter.
"The documents relating to the evidence already obtained did not reveal any other data. And we could not do further investigation because it would produce other results." Especially on those calls involving Inter: "My collaborators have always told me that the wiretaps related to Inter had no meaning and significance and could not be taken into consideration." Narducci, another prosecutor in the case, is back on the issue of contacts from Inter with the referee designators: "Other directors had discussions with the referee designators and were not treated equally? Those calls were not on the same level probatively (meaning cannot be used as proof or evidence) in comparison to those that focused on the defendants and the sentence has shown that we were right about this." Stefano Capuano, another prosecutor, is also satisfied with the sentence given out yesterday: "The trial showed that the defendants did indeed have a criminal association which was the hypothesis of the prosecutors in Naples."

Lepore is clearly paid by Moratti, just like sports court was, so is civil one, dont you know Moratti owns everything?
He was even fixing games for Inter pre 2006 and remember all those trophies he fixed for Inter?
Just like all those countless trophies Juve won after 2006 without Moggi.

First of all who hates you? I never said that.
We have destroyed the forum? Shall I remind you... one of the creator's and admins on that that forum did the following.. specifcally Mister Giuseppe.
1) Got Kwame banned for no reason
2) Posted Pornagarphy to the section
3) Insulted People
4) Called people a Pedo' and myself a Cancer
5) Adverstised his forum through PM's which was against the Rules
etc...
Then of course there was ItalJuve... who is another fellow from New York... coincidence maybe.. Make a topic on Rascim and had half of the section leave due to it. He himself got banned.
I'm sorry, but what I do is not in comparison to what they did. So let's not get carried away and pull the bandwagon move and once again blame me for ruining the section.
So you created a new forum...? Used by ForumCommunity host which is fairly simple to use. A forum with the Boob and 'As*' Thread lol? Oh right a thread where you had insults behind our own backs to me in particular, some even towards the chat. Very intellectual and class in deed. Even topics of having plots in ruining GL. Once again, condradiction.

Moggi: other sentence coming
Not enough conviction to five years and four months for Calciopoli, here is another sentence for Luciano Moggi: June 19, 2008 had turned the former general manager of the England team, Franco Baldini, with an expression not so friendly, "Hello, piece of m. .., watch that ends badly. " For those phrases has now been sentenced by the judge to 4 months imprisonment for "threats to public officials." Moggi will now have to pay damages, to be liquidated separately, and pay the current Director General of Rome 5 000 euros for a provisional immediate effect.
