Any one pleased to see Djorou making progress? He seems to be slowly gaining his pre-injury form back.

Yeah, his strength and quickness are improving. He makes a pretty nice RB.

A general question: how often do players wear messages under their shirts, and then not score?

Tbh, I think that happens more often than not.. But we wouldn't know of it unless the player takes off his shirt to swap it or something

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Looking forward to the Olympiakos game on Tuesday.
Another chance for the back up players to impress.
Early guess of the team:
?? What you guys think?
Rosicky should be back, not sure he will be fit enough to start though

Looks about right, would like to see one of the younger strikers at the club get a chance as Park and Chamakh have not been impressive.
Would like to see Arshavin play behind Chamakh and Benayoun on the wing too.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Nah, I doubt Wenger would play someone younger in front of Park and Chamakh, they need more game time.

We should play Park so he can get sorta used to our system and stuff. I would let Chamakh regain form at the AFCON imo.......beatrixasdfghjk. wrote:Nah, I doubt Wenger would play someone younger in front of Park and Chamakh, they need more game time.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Arsene Wenger says he will field a strong side for their final group game in Athens.
The Gunners have already qualified as group winners.
So boss Wenger will rest attacking players like Theo Walcott, Robin van Persie and Aaron Ramsey, who he believes are showing signs of fatigue.
Young hopefuls like Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Francis Coquelin and Emmanuel Frimpong will get a chance. But Wenger wants to avoid an embarrassing defeat. So he will assess the fitness of defenders Thomas Vermaelen, Per Mertersacker and Andre Santos before deciding if they will play.

Re: Arsenal Lobby
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was delighted seeing Gervinho on the scoresheet in victory over Wigan Athletic.
Wenger was quizzed last week if he was concerned with the Ivorian's lack of goals before yesterday.
"I am happy that Gervinho scored, I am happy that we scored goals of course. But I am also happy that other players scored, and that Robin van Persie did as well. It is good for the morale of the team and overall I know they can do it. "
