How about the 6-2 or the 5-0 thrashings. Those are in our history, right? Did we or the ref's cheat there is that your excuse to make yourself feel better about the total beat down you received?

how long ago was that...? u cant get over it? was that even against real madrid? can you just worry about yourself? must you concern yourself with any and all things barcelona? have real madrid never recieved a dubious penalty?

Re: Barcelona
I respect one player in Barcelona. Puyol. He is a king. Great player and respectfull in every aspect of his football experience. The rest-they disgust me... truly. Cristiano Ronaldo doesn't hide his arrogance. He speaks respectfully to the media, and praises his own team. Never says anything about anyone else. 95% of the time he just wants to talk about himself. And he's not ashamed of it. Nor should he be. Barca guys like Alves, Xavi, Pique, etc. should stay away from the media full-time. And referees should get restraining orders, with all their names in bold.
Re: Barcelona
3 CL's (08-11) in a row of cheating, diving, play acting and farcical refereeing.
Ya, it happens to everyone.

or it could be they were the better team... AND got dubious calls there way. Lets not forget that the year they lost to Inter, they got slightly hard-done by the ref. It goes both ways.

Yea but football rule #126 says "you must ignore all calls that go against Barca and highlight any that go in their favour."
Its the law.

and also ignore any instance of ur team diving, play acting, whatever...
thats why I have said 3 times now: it happens to everyone, it goes both ways... u win some, you lose some. There was a time where Barca couldnt even breathe the same air as Madrid, and now the roles have reversed. Deal with it. Be happy you are still in contention year in year out.

Re: Barcelona
Well, I haven't voted yet as I don't concur with most of the options.
The only thing I criticize about Barca is that way they behave at some points whether it's the Manager, Players, or Fans of the club. They have this (as frequently mentioned) Holier than Thou attitude. The only player I'll save from any of this is Puyol whom I'll always have respect for.
Guardiola, I sense he is somewhat of a instigator based on what he shown and said in the media and I also base this, more directly, on what Barca do on the pitch. The pokes on Mourinho, the abuse of playacting, spews it all to me, anyway.
The players, I don't think there's any secret about what they've said in the Media that doesn't imply arrogance. This one's a no-brainer. Heck, there's a popular and ironic saying amongst us here about a certain Barca player's comment after losing a game. (H&R )
The fans, much more varied as I have seem some that are sensible and some not so sensible. However with results, and certain desicions, going in their favor I've noticed most of them have have adverted their eyes from the truth. The truth that those "certain desicions" are what has lead them to sucuess.
Well, that's what I think in a nutshell. I'll leave up to you to take what you will from it.
