Also unless you've been living under a rock people are aware that Jose is Real Madrid's manager. It's part of increasing the club profile by association.

Why would Real Madrid get anything from what one of their employees does as their "second job"?

If your employer (say, a football club) comes to you and says "we'd like to use you in one of our ads" your reply will be "ok, pay me £1 to have the Right to use my Image in your ad".

But if you go outside your main job (the football club) and do an advertisement, you don't have to pay anything from those monies to your main employer (the football club).
