I think its endearing, and extremely uncomfortable in a fascist way.

But dont you guys get a feeling that lazio fans just do it so they can troll?

I just cant be angry at this team

There is a lot of fascism support still in Italia...amongst Lazio fans too. I know Paolo Di Canio was a big fascist, self-proclaimed and all, and he did a few fascist celebrations in the form of salutes. Not sure if that had any barring or if that is any indication.

Anyhow, good system of government, nothing wrong with it. But the banner might be a little much.
