Two Bayern fans stabbed...
The two men, aged 42 and 47, were walking towards Piazza Garibaldi when they were stabbed from behind by some men on a pair of motorbikes.
They received medical care for the stab wounds at the Loreto Mare hospital and have now been discharged.
Last year, three Liverpool fans were stabbed and four others were also injured ahead of the Europa League match between the Premier League side and Napoli at the Stadio San Paolo.
Bayern Munich are leading Group A, with a perfect record from two games, while Napoli are second, two points back.

Re: Two Bayern fans stabbed...
Ya that is a weak thing to do!! Only in Italy will they do that Hit and run stuff! I remember one of my good mates traveled to Rome back in 2003 when we were playing lazio and they got attacked by lazio hooligans and then when our group(wasn't part of the traveling ultras yet) got the upper hand they ran!!! Italy only has good ultras for the Milan teams and Juve the rest aren't anything to fear.

Re: Two Bayern fans stabbed...
I guess were just going to ignore the fact that the article you posted said absolutely nothing about the people who stabbed them being related to SSC Napoli in any way at all
Also I have yet to find this story in a reliable source...Can't even find it on Ansas website
But just for fun, Guess where:

Latin America is even worse, anyway you gotta think always and anywhere: places, do not stand out from the crowd, no attention seeking. English fans get problems everywhere because they lack the grey matter. Germans? These two were probably walking and talking German. Not that much, but enough for ultras

Re: Two Bayern fans stabbed...
Light stab wounds in the "behind" are a speciality of Napoli Ultras. Not surprised and I guess the Bayern fans will be alright in the end...
Still, it's a stupid tradition and doesn't really make you look tough but whatever...

Re: Two Bayern fans stabbed...
What do you mean Serge, it is always tough to go attack some older man with a weapon from behind in a motorcycle and....RUN.
Ridiculous but not an indicator of the people of Naples, just some of the more retards.
Its frankly even statistically viable in Naples, where there at least 8 stabbing accidents a day, and foreigners regardless of which team they support are twice more likely to be in the receiving end.

Re: Two Bayern fans stabbed...
Is that an south-italian thing or just an odd coincidence?
I'm pretty sure such things wouldn't happen in Munich...

It is mostly Naples thing, which is populated and relatively poor. As I said, there are at least 8 stabbing incidents daily most to foreigners to Naples (even other Italians) so this might be an Ultra's incident or just one of those stab and run cases Naples is plagued by.

Ass-stabings are a Napoli-Ultra thing. They are proud of it.

This is quiet *bleep* up for a city in western Europe (whereby I don't mean it's common in other parts of Europe - except Russia ^^)

It is common in some cities in France, some areas in England, some places in Spain as well. And also common in East Europe.

Re: Two Bayern fans stabbed...
I have been to Cairo and Istanbul, but Napoli is much more chaotic and crazy.
Feels like a different world compared to Milano and Torino in the north.
Btw, Napoli Ultras have a word for these ass-stabbings but I forgot it.

Cairo and Istanbul are not dangerous except for some parts. I have been to those places as well (loved Istanbul), but living most of my childhood in a Naples-like city I know exactly what not to do in order not to get stabbed. I would also like to say that any attempts at doing so might cause them to lose a finger or two. Self-defense needs to be learned if someone is going to walk around is some parts.

I ve read that 70 per cent of Italians think Naples needs military forces to take care of it. The city is a disgrace, camorra controls everything from police to shops

I have been to so many games in Europe and no one does a stab and runs. Most ultra groups would be ashamed to run it's a sign of weakness!

I am not saying a stab and run, but stabbing and violence in general, and I am not talking about Ultra specific violence but violence in general.
