Since I have actually started watching the episodes as they air, I've realized how stupid some of the fanfare around this show is. First of all, having an hour-long talk show after an hour-long episode of a TV show each week is fecking ridiculous, and the discussions just make me facepalm (example: what do you think *character name* thinking when *something* happened?? [ignoring that they are fictitious TV characters]). Secondly, showing the whole series in black & white on Thursdays is cool and all until you realize that you can watch any episode in black & white by adjusting the settings on your TV Rolling Eyes

When I see how into this show some people are, it actually puts me off as someone who has only recently begun watching the series from ever becoming a true fanboy.

This season is meh so far except for certain moments .

Glen is getting annoying, Rick as a character is pissing me off, Michonne is what's really irking me the most. Her character is so far useless and pointless the bi*** needs to start talking and by talking I mean give her some dialogue.

Only saving grace for me is Herschel, Daryl, and Merle.

The show went down the hill after season 2 for me.... diverted too much from the comics which were amazing.

Disagree as well, this season has been bloody amazing. All the episodes from October till December were 9/10 or more. Unless you guys are talking about the 2nd half of the season 3.

Latest episode was a filler, it was ok i guess. The main point was to bring Andrea back to the prison and they had to fill other moments in.

Governor finally looks threatening lol with dat eye patch. I guess it makes sense that Andrea didn't kill her since Rick should be the one. Although Tyrees and co joining the Governor

They know about the passage from the back....

Next episode looks good with Rick going out on a run

The dialogue has been sub par. Michonne was useless.
There isn't anything that is standout in this season thus far except for Herschel,Merle, and Daryl.
Rick going crazy is more or less cheesy than actually engaging/interesting.

Did you see what he said to Herschel? That was just :facepalm:

Seriously Merle is what im watching this show recently for i like how they are adding to his character....when he recited a phrase from the bible it was awesome and herschel looked kinda confused honestly.

Finally they give the Gov an eye patch ffs. Looks way more bad ass now.

Filler episode is filler episode though. They can't all be dynamic pulse-pounders.

Am I the only one that actually thinks Tyreese and his group going over to Woodbury is kinda awesome? Laughing

....it was never gonna work for them in the prison anyway with those 2 guys plotting to take it over from Rick and his group anyway. Though it would've been lol-worthy of them to try.

At least the next episode looks good.

Personally thought it was one of the best episodes of the season. I might be the only one though since being a fan of drama.

It was extremely powerful. Everything about it.

Morgan's acting, Rick's acting. Carl stepping up. Michone finally, finally being the character she should be. It was brilliant.

Interesting that Carl and Duane basically shared the same story. Both had to face their mothers to kill them. Carl did it and survived. Duane couldn't and got killed. That's why Morgan said in the end " Son, never be sorry "

That hitch-hiker part was so cold but understandable.

Morgan's tactics to keep the walkers away were admirable and will probably be used by rick's group.
