Burnout paradise, if you're looking for good, cheap, high octane fun. And by cheap I mean no more than 10 - 15 dollars.

Burnout Paradise?

Download Burnout 3: Takedown (like I did yesterday) and you won't be able to put the controller down

Cost 1200 points on the xbox live marketplace for me, don't know about ps3 though

GT5 if you are up for simulation racing.

For arcadey one, you can try NFS hot pursuit/dirt 3/burnout

If you prefer those that is unreal, try to import some Initial D off play-asia =X
