I said it before, I really dont like the way Del Bosque coaches Barca 2.0... I mean Spain. Really, with all those good players, he just fills it with Barca and Real Madrid (but mostly Barca) players? He really doesnt impress me at all.

i thought del bosque's barcaphilia was obvious enough when he called up montoya...?
anyway it seems to be just working so far but you can't help thinking this team's going to crash and burn at one of the next big tournaments, you can't scramble for results forever (unless you're man utd)

pep basically won the world cup for spain. Del bousque, who i respect a lot basically watches barca and plays the same 11 bar 1 or 2 players.

I guess people don't realize VDB uses Barca and Real players as maybe this is due to the fact that Barca and Real spaniards are generally among the best in the world as few exceptions are from other clubs.
If some actually had a visual insight, they would actually notice the i minor but many differences between VDB's system and Peps.
Also, I guess the world cup has been forgotten along with VDB's tactical revolutions and genius along with what he has done and the likes of Mou are better then him.
Short memory, short shortsightedness, and overall little perspective of your own is whats defining some of the football watching populace of today.
Once again. VDB is the best manager in the world.

Did the opponant play or change to 2 strikers up front?
Because if they did, I dont see a problem, its a good tactical decision regardless of if Pep used it or not.

Spain coach Vicente del Bosque has made it clear he will not hesitate to call up 14 Barcelona players in the future if that would be in the team's best interest.
The 61-year-old included eight Blaugrana players in his squad for the friendly against Panama last month, and he has insisted that several more Barca players could make the cut in the not too distant future.
"We took eight Barcelona players to Panama and [Carles] Puyol, [Gerard] Pique, Xavi and Thiago [Alcantara] were all missing," Del Bosque was quoted as saying by Marca.
