They are very different players, I'm glad we have both. And they could/can play together in a more straight 4-3-3, with Ronaldo as the third striker. Similar to how Manchester lined up with Tevez, Rooney and Ronaldo.

I think it's just fair and logical that Higuain have to regain his position, rather than Benzema defaulting back to the bench. Considering Benzema actually did well when he found his rythm when Higuain got injured. 26 goals and 9 assists in 48 games is a very good record for any striker.

One thing is sure, the competition between them is great for Madrid. No room to get too sure or relaxed. Any player who want to start for Madrid should have the dedication of Ronaldo.

Meh, I wouldn't be surprised if Mou played rotation not only between the strikers, but sometimes used Higuain instead of Di Maria to play 2 strikers together.

Although, we need a 3rd striker for this of course.
