I would play 4 midfielders this game. Valencia may have sold nearly qll their players but they are still tough and we got beat by Cadiz that were trounced by Atleti

Defense should be ashamed. The midfield covers AND plays defense for them and they make the dumbest individual errors. Marcelo and varane need to be benched

Honestly how did I know we were going to lose to this Valencia side? Everytime we face a team in turmoil we lose significantly.

Varane needs to spend some time on the bench. Since the City game, he's completely shaken... Not a big fan of Militao; but need to give him a shot at this point.

Marcelo, Isco and Vini to protect the left side defensively

I don't blame Varane. I think he has to do a lot. You have to when you centre back partner is so aggressive.

Ramos is very aggressive and pushes forward to pressure attackers.

Ramos also had to cover for Marcelo a lot.

Leaving Varane having to cover his man and Ramos' man and track the midfield runner. As there was no Casemiro, who has been poor this season.
