that Lampard hype, said it all along, Chelsea look decent in comparison because everyone else have been atrocious.
Look at the state of United's season...when after tomorrow, Ole's gonna be 2 points from 4th/Chelsea.
I hope we spend the Lukaku money in January tbh. 4th/CL is there for the taking.

Chelsea’s defense is as poor as ever, but I think their midfield is a lot better than what most people seem to think. What they lacked the most last season, was someone who could finish off their chances. Jorginho is a criminally underrated and undeservedly criticised playmaker, and Kovacic is no pushover either. I don’t know how much of a part Lampard played in the emergence of Mount and Abraham, but the two of them + Pulisic are actually scoring now, and that’s the main difference from how they played last season. Can you believe this guy had 0 assists?

It's gonna hurt when normalcy returns, but to put in context, Liverpool have won EVERY SINGLE LEAGUE GAME (except one draw) since start of March.
That's 9 months of just winning matches. It's gonna be so weird when we eventually don't win or lose a match.

China's state broadcaster will no longer show Sunday's match between Arsenal and Manchester City after comments made by midfielder Mesut Ozil, according to reports.
Ozil posted messages on Twitter and Instagram that were critical of China's policies towards Uighur Muslims on Friday.
The Global Times, China's national English language newspaper, reported on Sunday that the match would not be broadcast because Ozil's remarks had "disappointed fans and football governing authorities".
Arsenal tried to distance themselvesfrom the comments on Saturday. The north London club shared a post from its official account on China's Twitter-like Weibo platform, which read: "The content he expressed is entirely Ozil's personal opinion.
"As a football club, Arsenal always adheres to the principle of not being involved in politics."
Arsenal received angry responses on Weibo, with one showing a shredded Ozil football shirt next to a pair of scissors. Others called for the midfielder to be expelled from the club.
boycott arsenal IMO

Ozil looks like Ben Linus from lost. And anyone that looks like Ben Linus is bound to have bad things happen to them.

Someone might have to check and research whether this statement actually lines up with factual historical accuracy so that we could presume causality, but I'm pretty sure that Everton's general downfall started the very moment they got "Angry Birds" written on their shirt sleeves
