We only have 3 legit CMs. The reserves are an unproven kid (I don't see anyone vouching for him anymore now that MTO made that dramatic departure), and 2 AMs.

When you look at the ages of all 6, their injury history, and the current shape of some of them, it would be inevitable that they will have to use kids from 3rd level futbol several times this season (and for sure there aren’t any potentials there).

Not exactly, a smart strategy if one wants to compete in 3 competitions.

Robes, Mole as a Pelican fan, Freeza (both Madrid and Lakers), you, futbol, all Arsenal fans, Jjuve fans in the CL, CBarca/Spurs/Bucks and Nick during a transfer window.

Everyone else, I feel genuine empathy towards any unfortunate situation they find themselves in.

We already were one CB extra prior to Chiellini’s injury with Rugani staying put.

We signed 3 central defenders this summer, with only Barzagli leaving the squad and now Chiellini being injured.

Rebic is coming off of only truly good year.

I like his powerful style of play and ability to duel head on and contribute off the ball along with his versatility but he was frequently disappears in big games.

I may be proven wrong but my rating of him is not based on the average player he was in Calcio but his ability to mostly produce where it matters, where he does not.

Transfer is very close apparently.

I saw that Milan are still giving playing time to Fabio fucking Borini, so I don't see why Milan fans would be laughing at the prospect of signing Rebic. Accept your level.

Maybe I haven't watched enough Arsenal, but I don't remember him being all that bad....what exactly makes him so poor these days?

Roma have squeezed plenty of juice out of aging Premier League players Dzeko and Kolarov, so might as well try the same with Mkhitaryan (if they can land him, why's the Italian window still open in September anyway?).
