Chelsea 4 - 4 Ajax , Ziyech the best player, blind totally d up for Ajax. but even with 9 men Ajax showing qualities to score goals...

until sent off, Ajax were easily the best team in front of attack

my only wish was that ajax played 4-3-3, there is no question that nerez, tadic and ziyech upfront will create and guarantee goals... in the middle.. they needed some assurances defensively

nevertheless AFC Ajax are damn coool... ziyech is easily my fav player ... i gotta get his shirt lol

This would have been acceptable, but like I said, it would go the other way, which it did. Not an easy call.

Has to be said, it was foolish by Ajax.

well he is italian referee lol.. i guess veltman should have revolted verbally back lol

anyway... blind second was absolutely deserved.. he made like two sliding challenge knowing he has yellow... man i dont know what he was thinking but even the first sliding challenge was enough for refree to stop the game and send him off...

blind was foolish thats for sure... sigh... he was making some very risky challenges even in second half though... one of them should have been taken off...

veltman didnt look entirely comfy either ...

very end to end match.. ajax was easily the best team in first halff and second until red cards but have to say chelsea showed some quality going up front also...

kovacic, abraham in particular looked very dangerous. and callum looked very sharp also after replacing injured mount

for me ziyech though was like omfg .. until he was subbed...

Ziyech the true Ajax MVP in the last 2 CL seasons yet De Jong who does nothing more than simple safe passes infront of the back four gets hyped to heavens like he is the new Platini. Incredible stuff.

De Jong was great for us but yeah, our two best players last season were Tadic and Ziyech (by quite a distance btw) which is understandable considering the age.
