I think the keys are Rakitic, Suarez and Dembele. If they make Liverpool pay for leaving them space to cover Messi, Liverpool will need to adjust and that will, in turn, give Messi room to operate. If those guys are meh, Liverpool win.

And the other big key is Liverpool scoring early... they'll get chances early on. Will they capitalize?

This is true. I do think teams have succeeded at it quite often in the Champions League, over the past few seasons.

I don't think Dembele will do much. If anyone's going to have any actual impact, I believe it will be either Messi or Suarez.
