LFP Awards (5 Madrid nominees)

These are the players nominated for the LFP Awards this year:

Mejor portero: Iker Casillas (Real Madrid), De Gea (Atlético de Madrid) y Víctor Valdés (Barcelona).

Mejor defensa: Eric Abidal y Dani Alves (Barcelona), Marcelo (Real Madrid).

Mejor mediocentro: Xabi Alonso (Real Madrid), Xavi Hernández (Barcelona) y Javi Martínez (Athletic Club).

Mejor centrocampista de ataque: Andrés Iniesta (Barcelona), Özil (Real Madrid) y Borja Valero (Villarreal).

Mejor delantero: Kun Agüero (Atlético de Madrid), Leo Messi (Barcelona) y Cristiano Ronaldo (Real Madrid).

Jugador revelación: Antoine Griezzman (Real Sociedad), Iker Muniaín (Athletic Club) y Rubén Pérez (Deportivo).

I suspect Marcelo will probably be the only one to win (if they don't let Abidal win because of his illness)...
Stupid Barca-bias. Ronaldo and Alonso definitely deserve it after this season though (Xavi had a bit of an off-season imo), won't happen though. Iniesta =/> Ozil this season, so not really any judgement there.

What do you guys think?

I think CR7 and Iker Casillas could win the award.

Oh right, Casillas could win too indeed. He might actually win yeah, although I can see De Gea taking it.

Ronaldo probably should win for the fact that he broke an all time goalscoring record, and this is the primary target for an attacker. But in all the other categories i see a Barca player winning probably

BUT Casillas over Valdes in Laliga 2010/2011
WTF!! lol did u even watch Barca/Real matches last season!!

Valdez in a counter attack team would flop, barcas system suits him better, therefore he can never outperform Casillas.

Never knew Pedro Leon was being nominated last year , what a setback following season for him
