Freeza wrote:Kawhi you’re not getting a pass on lol. That was 100% expected after a long injury like that.
Drafting injury prone players and using it as an excuse afterwards is one hell of a move.
EG is the worst offender though.
Hell. If EG has to blame anyone it’s that he traded away Kyrie for CJ straight up
it's like you try to fail to have any sense of logic

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2018/19
What is the problem exactly?
Oladipo getting injured is valid.
Something like Chris Bosh getting injured was valid.
If I complained about Lonzo getting injured I’d want you to smack me.

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2018/19
you look past the fact of "4-5 injured players for weeks" and the very obvious results I had during that time, and the very obvious causal relationship between the two.
You think I would lose 8-1 and 9-0 to your teams if I only had Love injured and in IL?

I had multiple injuries every week lmao, i just didn't bitch about it. There's was barely a week that went pass where i didn't have at least two injuries or/and multiple people on the IL spots.
Reality is you were 17 games BELOW .500, the excuses aren't gonna fly none of us care lol.

I legit have 7/13 players I drafted. If they’re too much injured then drop them.
I’ve had three season ending injuries also.
4-5 injuries every week.
You would’ve probably done better against me if you didn’t trade your best player for someone who is worse at everything.

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2018/19
I held on to them because they were key players and weren't the exact same players throughout that time frame of 6-7 weeks. It was Harden for two weeks, should I have dropped him? Then it was Booker, should I have dropped him? Probably not, hey.
You guys obviously lack good sense, so I don't really care if you guys care or not. In fact, my aim was not to get you guys to care, I mean why should you lol. I was just stating the obvious fact of the matter, but then you, Freeza and CB came crying out of nowhere accusing me of making excuses, when it is LITERALLY a reasonable point that I am making All you guys have been doing is deflecting my reasonable point, and either disputing it nonsensically or bringing up something else (eg: Freeza bringing up the Kyrie trade). Regarding that trade, several times I have mentioned that I regretted it, and the trade wasn't even a direct trade between Kyrie and CJ, I don't know how many times I need to mention that for Freeza to get it into his selective brain. And ultimately, nowhere did that cost me as much as those injuries did in the early weeks.
Also @Mole, everyone had multiple injuries, but no one else had "4-5 injuries for continuous weeks" Literally as soon as someone came back someone else got injured during that spell of 6-7 weeks, that is debilitating. Only Art came close to that when he had like 4 injuries for 3 weeks or something. And he suffered in results as well for that time frame, no fucking wonder, hey. lol. But continue reasoning like old stubborn person, pls do.
Anyway, I'm so over this.
See you guys next season, and I'll definitely draft Love again, and I'll prove that that wasn't the reason why I missed the playoffs. Unless, the injury curse is a bitch to me again of course.
Na night.

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2018/19
Last night was massive for me, i needed that FG% category back and create a points gap desperately because Freeza has a lot more players tonight and Sunday.
If i win the FG% category i think I'll end up winning, if not i suspect i will lose.
Would be ironic if i lose though considering i didn't lose to Freeza in the regular season and called everyone here regular season warriors.

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2018/19
Comissioner Mole wins every year anyway.
I think my hopes are gone, I lost Jrue for the season and he's been a beast for me, Ibaka who was also super important moved to the bench because Gasol, apparently Teague is done for the season and Warren also doesn't look like he's returning.
To make things worse Barnes moved to Kings where he isn't that important anymore and also stole Bogdanovic's time and shots.
But I found a new beast, which is Thomas Bryant who was amazing but Wizards tradew for Portis and now he plays 15 minutes per game and I dropped him for Whiteside, who was then immediately moved to the bench.
FML.

Freeza with so many games week 1 of playoffs
That's tough for Mole. Hard to overcome that tbh. We'll see what happens but it looks good for Freeza.
I feel pretty comfortable with my situation against Luca. Although I just lost Brogdon for the rest of the playoffs -.-

Yeah it's been difficult and i think I'm going to fall a little short.
Also doesn't help that Freeza is having multiple performances above season average.
I'm winning points by 41 but he has 9 players to my 3 so even if my 3 average 20 i suspect he'll overcome.
I'm not too mad though, think i played well it just wasn't enough.

Bradley Beal singlehandedly got me this week. Has been huge for me when Dragic and Ingles have been wasted basically.

Lou Williams the other night was big too, i went from expecting a 20-25 point lead to being 3 points behind.
Doncic not playing last night didn't help either, those point swings are probably the difference between winning and losing.

ElG dropped him to try and beat me by the requisite number to get to playoffs.
Are players that are injured included in the games counted? How does Vibe have 49 (!!) games this week?
Edit: now it says I have 50
There are a lot of games this week. I won't actually get that # tho, no way Klay/Durant don't sit at least one game each

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2018/19
I expect to compete for the blocks category yet...
Towns 0 blocks
Capela 0 blocks
Bagley 0 blocks
Then my savior Myles Turner, on the second night of a back-to-back, registered 5 blocks and now i'm only trailing by one. Great defensive player.

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2018/19
Picked up Wayne Ellington because I thought, why not, I can compete with Vibe in 3PM, let's go for it.
13 3PM in two games, 48 points and still has two more games to play
The guy does absolutely nothing else, but I'll take it. On good efficiency too, like 54%
He's what I wanted from Eric Gordon but never got. I'm not saying 3PM is in the bag, but what a help he's been

Re: GL NBA Fantasy 2018/19
I was away for the weekend and forgot to make playoff changes, didn't even replace injured players and have been falling behind since, so that's it for my campaign.
Will try some desperate measures but there's no chance.
I am the moral champion though, since I started with the worst team and my numpties still kept shitting in your face

I didn't know there was a 10 player limit so I added a bunch of players who play on Saturday thinking I'll drop them tomorrow for players who play on Sunday, now I just completely fucked up my team
