Tbf Arsenal are better ( except for defence ) and Napoli aren't same level than last year. Serie A 2019 is mediocre, it is enough to look at CL fight for example. If we will go again in CL it will be just because "we've been less worse than others "

I mean even this clueless Milan is in the fight for top 4 so yes you are right.
Serie A similarly bad as Bundesliga at the moment.
