Torreira for 25m has potential to be a fantastic move. He is the kind of player that, if he comes through, every team needs. The only problem I see with him is the height. Then again that never stopped Medel when he played for Chile.

If he didn't have a release clause it would be 40m for an epl to get him.

Main problem is his contract runs out next year and considering he's only a talent we wouldn't play him unless he renewed. We'd have to demote him to the 2nd team or the youth and after that he'd leave for free. Contract till 2020 and we'd sell him for 50m+.

That said the media definitely did a great hype job. He was bang average against the dutch top 10 and his hype stems from games against teams fighting relegation in the dutch league. Don't get me wrong, he's certainly talented but he was MILES away from being a top player in the league. Essentially he's a youth player+ with one year left on his contract and 20m + a percentage is massive for someone like that.

Bravery as a trait, 5'6 so he has an eternal chip on his shoulder and looks to over-compensate so will give 110% into every challenge and blade of grass covered. Also looks like a rat so there's no chance of him putting skunk lines in his hair for Instagram or caring about how he looks for the press.

Seems like it may be the signing of the summer alongside whoever gets Fellaini.

Felipe Anderson is edging closer to a West Ham United transfer, as the Premier League club approach the €45m asking price.

President Claudio Lotito had wanted €50m, but according to La Gazzetta dello Sport, would be prepared to accept €45m.

The initial proposal from the Hammers was €30m plus another €8m in bonuses, but negotiations are continuing rapidly.

It’s believed he is ready to sign a five-year deal with the Londoners worth €3.6m per season.

Felipe Anderson’s contract is due to expire in June 2020 and he is not a regular in the starting XI under Coach Simone Inzaghi.
