Don't think I've seen such a flaccid performance in a final of any sort in all my football watching life. Truly a disgusting performance from Arsenal. I know it's a poverty cup but yeah, the intensity in this game is non-existent, both teams playing like it's an early season PL fixture lol. City not even having to work for the result. Very disappointing game, not just because Pep finally has a trophy at City, but because it's boring af.

I'm sick of Arsenal. What a terrible performance. The coach is down the touchline blaming the officials as usual. His team has been outperformed 100% by City.

I'm not saying losing to a team spend money like it is water is a crime. City are expected to beat every team in England, if not Europe. But to lose like this, on the back foot the whole time, playing like children both mentally and tactically.

This is just our standard these days. I don't have the energy anymore to muster up any real anger or sadness.

We were in the game until half-time. Then City raised their level well beyond what we're capable of and dominated the second half. We weren't competitive.

I would rag on the players and their lack of competitive spirit and for being crap, but players need to be coached and prepared with good habits and plans, otherwise they turn into what Arsenal is now: a team so fundamentally broken you don't even know where to begin fixing it.

Wenger being sacked would be like winning a trophy at this point.

Arsenal is a big club and losing again doesn't matter. it only made arsenal popular. they made the headline again. arsenal is a business club evaluate it on the business front. Matches trophies are for other clubs who have ambitious plans etc etc. Arsenal have to make a profit every year and thats a only requirement.

They make the headlines for all the wrong reasons. It's like the orange thing in the US. Making the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Losing isn't winning.

And eventually the bad results will start to hit your revenues... missing out on the CL has a bad impact on financials sheets. Trust me on that one as I'm a Milan fan.
