Never seen a player more define "average" than the Ox. He's not bad, he's not good, he doesn't really do any one thing particularly well. He's absolutely bang average.

Insane how he's managed to stay in at sides like Arsenal and Liverpool. One of those players who can provide, though average, a flash of good play here and there that sustains them. Oxlade's goal vs City, for example.
