Real Madrid vs Valencia
So, up against our "rival" at home and from what I read, don't think there are any new injuries as of today but you never know. Bale and Pepe still out and I'm not sure if Ramos is suspended still for this match. I wonder which team would start though, the usual 11 or a mix up of starters and "reserves". The latter is in quotations since our so called reserves are honestly 1st team material elsewhere.
Any other team news, I defer you to either Hala or DoC 2.0.

Re: Real Madrid vs Valencia
No Ramos is good to go. As I said in other thread given next game is Tuesday, Zidane has to think of playing Isco, Morata, Asensio, possibly Kova in at least one of these two games.

Re: Real Madrid vs Valencia
This is a potential banana skin, we have to play our best players. The last thing we need is a mountain to climb by going down 2/3-0. Isco is probably coming on for Bale but the rest is going to be the same as against Barca. Ramos was only suspended for 1 game iirc so he'll be available

Re: Real Madrid vs Valencia
But but Hala, we all know BBC is not our best lineup. I'm not expecting all that I mentioned to play, but it's difficult to ask all set starters (minus Bale) to start both games when there are only 2 days in between. This game is the less difficult game so we could possibly see Modric or Kroos and perhaps Benzema "rested".

Re: Real Madrid vs Valencia
So only one defender and it's a full back. If Ramos gets sent off or Nacho pulls up injured, Danilo is gonna play CB.
Otherwise, it's only need to win games remaining so I'm sure the lads in white know what is at stake.

Doc, I'm sure they rushed Varane back and they are holding him back for Tuesday game. There are no other CBs available.
very seldom is it a CB that has to be subbed.

I'd like us to preserve that draw as long as possible. We have to tough games left against Valencia and Sevilla. Win them and we are nearly there over the finishing line

You guys are stating the obvious. What alternative does he have other than risking Varane won't be around for remaining key games?

Re: Real Madrid vs Valencia
Good God James is so one dimensional. Isco and Asensio make him look better than he actually is. As per the norm, frontline is a big black hole, the midfield is carrying us and Ramos is a knob
I don't if anyone else notices but everytime Marcelo or the midfield has the ball the attackers just run away from it. We could be soo much better but ZZ is being stubborn
Benz is this hard to reach cancer that has befallen on our team. The day he leaves if I havent retired by then I will throw this massive street party

He has nothing against Isco.
His problem is his love for Benzema.

Yes, protect your pathetic 1-0 lead and then wait until they equalize to start pushing for another goal again.
What a pathetic mentality!

See? What didn't you score like that earlier?
This apparent satisfaction with narrow leads is very dangerous and could easily backfire at any given time.
One of my major critiques against Z's Madrid.

Re: Real Madrid vs Valencia
Nacho is deceptively quick. He can match any attacker for pace. You wouldn't think by looking at him.
Valencia were pathetic but we are even more pathetic for not taking advantage of this. I didn't expect anything else, we just pass from side to side without a single player being able to dribble past someone. Sorry, my mistake dribbling is useless
We are at matchday 35!!!!! and Benz still only has 9 goals. I don't think he will get double digit goals this season. He will probably be rested against Granada, then there's only 3 games after that
