I actually stopped watching after 30 minutes because it's too boring and 80% useless and i ended up finding out that the documentary shows nothing new that you don't already know if you have been following the case.

I actually don't think it was the parents. The entire country wants it to be the parents really badly. I think the only thing they are guilty of is gross negligence which they should be punished for.

I think she was just kidnapped by someone (most likely a professional ring) who observed the parents habits very carefully. They had a similar pattern most nights. He comes in, finds the door unlocked as normal, takes her and disappears. It wouldn't have been difficult to take her out of country either because of how close Morocco is. Once she is there, there was 0 chance of anyone ever finding her.

Unfortunately there is also 0 chance she is alive. They won't keep her alive with the case being this high profile and with how easy she is to recognise.

Visited my sister today, was gonna stop by for an hour. She was just starting up Making a Murderer. Ended up watching 6 episodes rofl

Unbelievable stuff. So captivating. Gonna finish off season 1 tomorrow. I remember the hype a few years ago.

Faye is the only one whose race is explicitly stated (she's Singaporean) and they cast a Mexican.

Spike is supposed to be way younger than Jet, and he is supposed to do martial arts/stunts. Cast a 46 year old.

Entire cast of Santa Clarita Diet is amazing, but Olyphant himself is just on another level. I love the range he's capable of displaying. Seeing him in this, knowing that I get to see him as the tough, grim Seth Bullock just a month later in Deadwood is a real treat. Such a hidden gem of a show.

I consider it a funnier, spiritual successor to Dexter.
