James is delusional & doesn't know anything.

For one, I have been following Van Dijk since Groningen, more than 5 years now. He is a Dutch player & played in the Eredivisie! Matip since Schalke days.

This guys only makes wild guesses about Pool players or players linked to Pool & sometimes gets it right! No need to give importance to trolls!

I heard he is good, I haven't quite seen it myself, I know he is injury prone. But is he THAT good or just another terrible signing like that ponytail CF they signed for big money few years back

The fee is a joke. Actually makes me wonder if a fee like that means Coutinho is going to Barca in January. Nice to finally get the CB Klopp wanted, though.

I feel a deal is agreed but Coutinho will move in the summer since he is cup-tied in Europe and Barca already have La Liga in the bag.

Very possible. Though I'd guess that Coutinho's departure depends on the possibility of Lemar's arrival, as it did in summer.

WahahahaHoOoOoO, he's a step up from their current crop of CB's (besides GOAT Matip of course) but he isn't THAT good, he's a mid lvl CB IMO, Ashley Williams is his lvl

I'd say the only CBs better than VVD in the PL are Koscienly, Vertonghen, Alderweirdman, Cahill. The fact that he would start for every PL team except Spurs shows how good he is.

He's not a top 5 CB mate. There's no way he gets in our starting 11. We have 4 better CB's. And two of them are bang average.

Doesn't start for Chelsea, City, Spurs or Utd

the way I look at it is like this. Liverpool paid £115mil for salah countinho and vvd. now look at £170mil for lukaku and martiel :coffee:

Yes we are the biggest club. Clubs demand a premium from us. We have the money and we pay for proven quality.

Unlike you who would have to sell Salah and Coutinho in the summer to balance the spending. So I don't know what you're bragging about.
