Please for the love of God let it be Benzema. I don't think it'll happen though, for such a big move the rumour would have to start way earlier than now. It's not like we're letting go of James or someone we are letting go of one of the untouchables in our team. It depends on the type of shots he takes and where he plays... This past season, he only took shots from great percentage situation and areas.

That's why people rave about his football IQ and overall smarts... besides talent, he makes the analytics of the game work for him. He doesn't take low probability chances.

Granted, he was on a supremely talented team on offense so he didn't need to force things. At Real Madrid, he won't need to force things either.

It's a team game. General analytics are great. But adjusted analytics that take into account the team are more telling.

That's why I got so pissed off at CR for years... he would take low analytic chances in VOLUME despite having great teammates around. That was the height of selfishness to me. He's changed that over the past 2 years.... and you see the results.

If I was creating a thread acting like Madrid are about to pay Neymar release clause when there is no evidence of such thing happening, then it would be called fan fiction.

This is a case where most evidence points to Madrid looking to sign him whether this summer or next, and working hard to make it happen. They are visibly not afraid of the price and fully believe in his potential.

So no I will not entertain clown like comments from a fan who has insecurities about what will happen to Benzema his favorite players. We all know what happens when RM signs a player at 100 mil. He plays he is given chance to prove his worth. And between BBC who is likely to be the most affected? You answer that. It's not my fault he scored 11 goals in la Liga and looks like one of the most expendable players around.

If Benzema had carried himself like lewandowski or Suarez in the past few years we would not be having this conversation.
