I don't think he is playing any better with France actually, he is getting criticized a lot in France too. His screamer last week was a saving grace but people are getting impatient because his performances in midfield are very average, far from what a player of his supposed talent is supposed to display

People who never even watched Pogba play debating when his best season was and how he "benched" Marchisio! Lol!!

Pogba's best season was two years ago when he played with Marchisio, Vidal and Pirlo, not last year. Any Juve fan will tell you that. Also, Marchisio has played different roles so Pogba never really benched him. When Juve went to the CL final Allegri played all 4 of them together in a 4-3-1-2 at times with Vidal as a CAM.

Anyways, Pogba is a shell of himself right now, not even as good as his first year at Juve, which means he either was carried by the Juventus team he played for or Mourinho is just a terrible coach. You guys can debate that. Last I checked though Mourinho has won TWO trebles so he can't be that bad to turn a $120 million player into a slightly better version of Fellaini.

Personnel wasn't incredible. They were just very well managed tactically. Also, they had proper attacking fullbacks and Evra/Lichsteiner which helped a lot. Bonucci also provided playmaking out of the back 3.

This Man U team is just names on the back of the shirt right now... some of which aren't very good tbh. They're not really playing like a unit. Time should help... or at least one would hope.

In this Premier League season, Pogba has a pass completion percentage of just about 83%. That's an awful number for a central midfielder.

Players like Thiago have more than 90%, even someone like Henderson has 89%.

Pogba is, simply put, a sub par passer.
