Well they have infinite more amount of time to develop.

But again, the big deal is the whole building of a villain, JJ knows her villain and we see her fear which result in us fearing him and giving us some sense. Fisk was a great villain because everyone around him showed they were respectful and afraid and the whole myth of him in Hell's Kitchen. None of the villains in the films had that, they were basically comedians that came out of nowhere and noone knew anything about.

None of the villains are feared, because their origin is in the same movie as they are defeated, instead of starting with villains being established. Winter Soldier was a great villain because we knew his story and how he seemed to be a myth. Loke is barely a villain though, he's great, but not for villainous reasons.

Watched the pilot.

Loved it. 10/10 so far.

I'm a bit confused on some parts because I don't know anything about Jessica Jones as a superhero. What are her superpowers? Does she have super strength?

Kilgrave seems like an awesome villain, and haven't even met the character yet.

Finished Jessica Jones. Fantastic show. Imo better than Daredevil.

I'm on epi 7ish, really like the show so far (although the pilot didn't impress me at all). Love the direction they're going in with Kilgrave-JJ, makes both of them feel way more real.

Started it last night. Like Daredevil it blew of any expectations I had. Great series so far.

I really like how she was not sexed up in any scene over 13 episodes. Even the sex scenes were not designed to make her look sexy.

Finished JJ. Good season but not better than DD at all.

Hated all the characters except for JJ, Luke & Kill Grave. Trish was alright but only beacuse she's hot lmao

Really enjoyed it. Ritter did well, but Tennant absolutely stole the show, as I suspected he would. Kilgrave is such a rich character. Really rooted for him at times actually.

A strong 1st season. Just needs some better supporting characters.

-Luka Cage series
-Iron Fist sereis
-The Defenders series (which will include DD, JJ, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist).
-Then possible DD2, JJ2 etc

Watch Daredevil for now.
